Completed 12-camera CCTV installation for a 5,300 sq. ft. Benaulim villa
A 5,300 sq. ft. holiday villa in Benaulim had only two cameras, leaving substantial blind spots. WatchGrid expanded the property to a 12-camera Hikvision 4MP system using ColorVu turret cameras in selected areas and weather-resistant bullet cameras outdoors. Views covered the gate, driveway, parking, pool approach, rear garden, side passage, front entrance, staircase and service entrance. A 16-channel PoE NVR with 6TB surveillance storage left measured expansion capacity, while UPS backup protected the recorder and network equipment. Remote viewing was configured for the owners and property manager with appropriate access. Gate and driveway views were designed to show the person and vehicle approaching—not merely confirm that somebody had already entered—while private guest areas remained outside the camera plan.
